Biltong Potjie


(enough for 4)
1 onion sliced in rings
1 green capsicum sliced (not too thin)
1 red capsicum sliced (not too thin)
Mushrooms (cut in half)400g biltong (fatty biltong works well) from Mufasa Biltong
1 tin kernel corns
Cooked noodles (about 1.5 cups raw)
Grated cheeseCream – 1 large cup

In oil, braai first 4 ingredients in a potjie or any other stewpan.
Add next 4 ingredients and lower the heat.
Stir cream into potjie and when the cream has mixed well with other ingredients, the dish is ready. Serve with a salad of your choice.

TO REMEMBER: The ingredients are just a rough estimate ! If you want to add more of each ingredient – feel free to do so !
You can prepare everything beforehand, and when your guests arrive, you can start cooking, because it will only take about half an hour for your dish to be ready.
Don’t slice the ingredients too thin, because you want to see the different colours in your dish.
